Here are the details of my somatic online sessions
Step 1: Introductory session
60 min. personal class £45.00
In this individual session, I teach you the series of movements that build to an optimum personal routine that you can do every day.
This is your foundation for easing pain, aiding comfort and mobility. From here, you can book individual follow on sessions to work on specific areas. You can read more about Somatics here.
Step 2: Individual follow up sessions
Follow on sessions of 60 min. £45.00
Once you have done your foundation session, we can now expand your daily routine to easing into further comfort through the entire body.
These sessions can also include more targeted movements for specific parts of the body.

Step two: Personalised sessions for your needs
We do our sessions via Zoom (an online meeting app that is free to you).
I take you through a series of movements and show you exercises you can do at home.
You can have a recording of the session to help remind you of what we did during the sessions.
You also get a downloadable, step by step guide to help you do the movements whenever you need them.
Step three: Private webpage with your recordings, workbook & notes
I send you the link to a private (and secure) web page where you can watch your videos (or download them), download your workbook and see any personal notes or reminders for you that were discussed during the session.
